VT Shredder 1.6 (NET Software)

Shredder is an offensive program that attacks a target runner's stored
software once their shields have been breached.

While you are connected to a NET host:

    run Shredder <runner>

A landed hit against a target who still has Shield Factor damages
their shields -- nothing more, that attempt. Once their shields are
down to zero, the next landed hit destroys one of their stored
programs at random, whether or not it happened to be running at the
time.
