gs jackburn detail (Gs Jackburn)

GS Jackburn 1.0 (NET Software)

Burn is a dangerous offensive program that destroys a target runner's
active neural interface once their shields have been breached.

While you are connected to a NET host:

    run GS Jackburn <runner>

A landed hit against a target who still has Shield Factor damages
their shields -- nothing more, that attempt. Once their shields are
down to zero, the next landed hit fries the target's active
Direct-Jack Implant outright and forces them off the NET immediately.
The ruined implant stays physically installed but cannot function --
it takes a doctor to remove and replace it before that runner can jack
back in at all.
