PMG Census 3.4 (NET Software)

PMG Census 3.4 is cyberdeck software. It is NOT the ordinary who command, which
belongs to LinkCom and is unchanged.

While you are connected to a NET host, run it from your deck:

    run PMG Census 3.4

You can also run it by its local file number or a unique part of its name.

Census scans the WHOLE host you are connected to, from any internal area of it
(Login, CPU, Data Vault, and so on). It does not scan other hosts and does
not scan the external NET, and it cannot be run from the external NET.

The scan lists:

    Authenticated       each logged-in principal, its numeric access
                        level, and the internal area it is in
    Unauthorized        any icon inside the host that is NOT logged in,
                        and where it is

Being authenticated is separate from your access level: an account with
access level 0 is still an authenticated, legitimate presence.

Census needs 2 units of free RAM while it runs and releases them when the scan
finishes. The stored copy stays on your deck and can be run again.

Census only reports. It does not defeat anything, alert anyone by itself, or
change any host's security.
