NET Data Files (TextWorks / Credential Files)

TIS TextWorks 1.0 creates, edits, and displays local text files:

    run TIS TextWorks 1.0 <title>=<content>     (create)
    run TIS TextWorks 1.0 <file#>=<new content>  (edit)
    run TIS TextWorks 1.0 <file#>                (display)

TextWorks is itself ordinary SoftwareCopy, copyable with RepoForge/
Duplex like any other program. The TEXT FILES it creates are
different -- they are DATA, not software, and move between your local
deck and a host's Remote Data Vault through the ordinary:

    upload <local file#>
    download <remote file#>

Temporary credential files created by help gs lift and recovered by
help c&v cipherglass use
the same local numbering range, but can never be edited by TextWorks
and can never be uploaded/downloaded through these ordinary commands.
