net cameras detail (Net Cameras)

NET Camera Controls

Camera controls are local to an internal host's Cameras area. They are
not part of the base NET command set and are not available elsewhere.

Inside the correct Cameras area:

    cameras

lists the camera endpoints currently bound to that exact host.

Then use:

    camera C01 monitor
    camera C01 playback
    camera C01 playback P01

The short Cxx and Pxx values are local display identifiers, not permanent
camera or recording identity.

For ordinary builder-authored hosts, camera endpoints use the generic NET
device rule: you must be authenticated to that exact host, physically present
in its Cameras area, and meet the endpoint's configured access level.

Quick Ops registers one consumer-specific policy without changing the camera
commands or adapter:

    Tier 1-2
Physical NET presence in that Operation's exact Cameras area is enough
for the capabilities that Operation deliberately exposed. This is
device-local authority only and does not create a host login.

    Tier 3+
The current host session must be authenticated and meet the access
        level frozen on that endpoint.

Endpoints are capability-driven. Read-only endpoints permit monitor/playback.
A site may deliberately expose enable, disable or erase_all as additional
capabilities. Unsupported actions fail closed.

Bypassing ICE alone does not automatically create authenticated host access.

Camera endpoints always resolve back to the real physical surveillance camera
and its stored recordings. There is no separate NET-only camera state.
