terminal hacking detail (Terminal Hacking)

Terminal Hacking

Terminal hacking is a physical, local intrusion activity. Your Character
remains in meatspace and must be beside the hackable electronic object with
a usable registered cyberdeck.

Start or resume an intrusion:

    hack <object> with <deck>

A new attempt resolves the normal Hacking Skill gate once. If the gate passes,
the terminal creates a persistent puzzle session. Repeating hack resumes
that session instead of rolling Hacking again. Puzzle moves do not award
additional Hacking practice.

CONDUIT_SHUNT T1

Route the powered conduit from the left bus input to the right-side bypass
latch:

    rotate <row> <col>

Rows and columns are numbered 0 through 2. If more than one active terminal
session is reachable, use:

    rotate <terminal> <row> <col>

SYNTH_CODON T1

Align all four simulant cortex registers with their hidden baseline values:

    cycle <A/B/C/D> <up/down>

The aliases + / next and - / prev are also accepted. A displayed register
value may be entered directly instead of up/down. If more than one active
terminal session is reachable, use:

    cycle <terminal> <A/B/C/D> <up/down>

The puzzle must be solved before the terminal can hand off its configured
world effects. Reward availability, repeatability, and cooldowns belong to the
specific physical terminal and may differ from one device to another.
